Justin Timberlake was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

The singer was taken into custody and officially accused on Tuesday morning, as announced by the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.

The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office has confirmed that he was set free without any bail after being officially charged.

His speech was noticeably sluggish and his performance on the officers' sobriety tests was far from satisfactory, it stated.

According to the document, when the officers approached Timberlake, his eyes appeared red and watery, while a distinct smell of alcohol was noticeable on his breath.
